When does my organization get charged for FastEstimate?

Just having access to FastEstimate on a claim doesn’t cost anything.

Your organization is only charged when you finalize an estimate — specifically, when:

• You click “Send to Xactimate” and the estimate is successfully delivered to your Xactimate project, or
• You click “Download ESX” and the ESX file is successfully generated.

Browsing FastEstimate, reviewing your options, or starting an estimate without finalizing it will not result in a charge. You’re free to explore.
