To cancel an inspection, you will need to contact Scheduling or the assigned inspector depending on timing.
What to Do
• Prior to the inspection day:
→ Call Scheduling at 866-801-1258
→ OR email claims@seeknow.com
• If canceling the night before or day of:
→ Contact the assigned inspector directly
→ OR call Scheduling
• If you need to reschedule instead:
→ Follow the ladder assist rescheduling process in the portal (if applicable)
Additional Notes
Only ladder assists can be rescheduled directly in the portal. All other services must go through Scheduling.
