You can reschedule a ladder assist directly in the SeekNow portal by selecting a new date and time.
What to Do
• Log into the SeekNow portal
• Click on “My Services”
• Navigate to the “Canceled” tab
→ Locate the ladder assist you need to reschedule
• Click the “Reschedule” button
→ This will open available dates and times
• Select a reschedule reason, then choose a new date and time
• Click “Reschedule” to confirm
Additional Notes
Once rescheduled, the ladder assist will appear under the “Scheduled” tab until it is completed.
