What options does FastEstimate give me to write my exterior estimate?

For each exterior elevation (Front, Right, Back, Left), FastEstimate offers up to three options for writing your estimate. The options that show up depend on the inspection findings and whether measurement data is available.

1. Replace Damaged Items

Generates line items based on carrier guidelines for the specific damage found, and automatically includes the appropriate treatments for both damaged and undamaged components.

2. Customize Your Scope

Lets you select specific exterior components to replace or detach & reset, and gives you control over the quantities.

3. Create Zero Cost Scope

Generates no line items. Use this when no covered damage was found on that elevation.
