How to Request Account Deactivation:
To remove or deactivate an account, please contact our Customer Success team:

Provide the following information:
Name of the user/account Email address associated with the account Reason for removal (if applicable).
Important Notes
Account deactivation requests are handled exclusively by our Customer Success team Once an account is removed, access to reports, jobs, and the portal will no longer be available If the user may need access again in the future, let the team know — a new profile may need to be created
